今夜は、こんな形のお月さまですね。

お月様のまわりに金粉がみえました。

１３の月の暦～

銀河の門がひらいているようですね！

とても開放感があります。

次々と、内側の気づきと解放がおきています。

皆さんはどうですかー？

そして、

瞬く間に4月が過ぎてゆきます。

もう少し待って～～～と、思うほど。

時間も意識で、変わりますね。

どうしたら、待ってもらえるのだろうか。

さて、今夜は、珍しく、高いところへのぼりました。

たまにはいいです旅気分。３８階からの眺めです～

レッスンの後～桜満開です～～～

ここから　とんで　幸手へ。。。

こんなすごいところがあるんですネー。

一面の菜の花畑と桜です～

反対からは、こんな感じです。

 

重ね煮料理教室へ行ってきました。

 

野菜の甘み、うまみが、出るので、

調味料をほとんど使わないで、出来ます。

味噌汁も出しがいらないのです。

とても優しい味、優しい調理法です。

野菜に感謝の祈りをする時間があります。

すると、野菜の方からも、こちらへエネルギーが、

返ってきます。

コミュニケーションですね。

エネルギーの交流をすると、

とたんに、友達になり、

本当にありがとうね。という気持ちになり、

体にも、野菜のエネルギーが、浸透していきます。

物質だけでなく、意識が加わった時に、

共同創造となるのですね。

共同創造って幸せで、楽しいです。

癖になるスープカレー　

この日は、夕方に家を出て、

クリスタルショップで、長居してしまい、

カレーを食べて、石達とのいい出会いに、

つい、羽をのばして、

深夜にカフェまで、いっちゃいました。

ここにくるとつい、甘いものを食べてしまいます。

とてもクリエイティブなメニューで、選ぶのが、

楽しくなるし、愛があるからだと思います

カフェの引き出しを開けてみると、

猫と一緒に住んでいると、よくある光景～

猫はミルクが大好き。かわいいっ！

麻美ちゃんから　2日の整体の日のＫＩＮの書が、

盛りだくさんな一日でしたね～☆
フラに重ね煮料理、姉妹でやっている小さなパン屋に桜堤と菜の花畑。最後は不思議な石屋さん。
